So much food and love.

Life is a series of ups and downs.

I've been thinking about this today. Not in a melancholy sort of way, just applying it to my own life. I think this last prompt from 30 Days of Lists was obviously thought provoking, haha.

My Saturday night gathering was so lovely. It was THE S'ville family and I could have cried at the perfection of it all. But I laughed instead. Laughed and hugged. And ate. A lot.

I live out in suburbia so I'm glad everyone made a point to come! A trek in this city a day after a snowstorm is not for the faint of heart.

Also, may I add that the first picture of McKayla and Amki is one of my favourite pictures I've taken in a long time. Pretty ladies.
